2019 MARCH | SHUT DOWN BERKS BUTTON MAKING EVENT

I'm donating some images to Shut Down Berks Coalition Button Making Fundrariser. 
The fundraiser event will have button making, music, art, amd more. 

The proceeds from the fundraiser will be going to directly help a mother and son who were held in the Berks County Detention Center for two years before being deported back to El Salvador in 2017.

The founder from We All Grow Latina reached out to make an illustration for a campign they are running in solidarity o the familes at the borders. We All Grow is looking for bilingual latinas to donate translation or interpretations services to organizations offering legal services to kids separarted fron their familes.

My friend Eric is a rapper and producer at True Indeed Records.

He commissioned me to paint an album cover for his new song.

He gave me full artistic freedom the process was to listen to the song and create something from the music.

2017 AUGUST  | ANOTHER MURAL IN MEXICO

I met with Marissa, the Director of Cultural Immersion at IM Ethnographic Field School.

She introuduced me to Rozee who's researching and collecting data on the Island's health. We met for coffee and I was inspired by her research.  This mural represents women coming forward as the first healers. Thus, I put Ixchel, Mayan goddess surrounded health fruits and water.

The mural is located in Isla Mujeres, Mexico.

2017 JULY | PANGEASEED MURAL IN MEXICO

I'm moving to Isla Mujeres, Mexico for six months to teach English at one of the primary schools on the island. Before school starts, I came up with a mural project for the summer camp students at VolunQuest.

I reached out to Pangeaseed which is one of my favorite ocean organizations. Pangeaseed is a nonprofit that uses the Ocean are an international nonprofit organization acting at the intersection of culture and environmentalism to further the conservation of our oceans.

Tre', the founder of Pangeaseed wanted to collaborate on the first ever Junior Seawalls mural.

2017 JUNE  | 48 BLOCKS HUGE MURAL

2016 JANUARY  | MURAL FOR ARTS GARAGE

I started a mural in parking lot of the Arts Garage. Sadly, I had trouble with the wall -- the paint wouldn't dry. So instead, I painted on wood, two mandalas and the orginal design.

2016 DECEMBER  | MURAL FOR NORTH MAIN STREET

North Main Street Elementary School asked me to paint a mural with a few students.

The mural won second place in the distric (a prize of $95 for the school).  It was a great experience working with these talented kids

I'm helping with a temporary chalk painting event called "Chalk About AC"  in collaboration with the Atlantic City Arts Foundation. 2015 MAY | FIRST MURAL IN ATLANTIC CITY

Donna Shea Marie from the Atlantic City Arts Commission asked me to paint a 70 ft long wall.  I was lucky to have friends and locals assist me with this project. The mural is called the "Protectors" located 36 S Georgia Ave Atlantic City, NJ 08401.
