The collaboration with URBN’s Latinx community and La Liga Del Barrio reflects our shared experiences and the power of sports in bringing people together. Through our combined efforts, we have created not just art but a symbol of collective identity and growth.
The interactive creation process — from the speaking engagement to the paint-day — has been integral, embedding our stories into the mural’s fabric. It stands as a testament to our cultural pride and the strength we gain from our roots and community. This mural is a beacon of solidarity, inviting all who view it to appreciate the richness of our heritage and the bonds that make us stronger together.
